The Genesis Support / Commitment / Sacrifice phase remains in preparation.

No sacrifice is open. No transaction UI is live. No payment path is active. No campaign has been created. No campaign has been funded. No public claim is open.

These terms may be used together, but public rules should prioritize clarity and avoid implying a guaranteed liquid VTY return.

### Participation model

The Genesis Support / Commitment / Sacrifice phase is intended to involve actual value/assets under final published rules.

Accepted asset/assets, caps, timing, and participation instructions must be confirmed before any live mechanism is created.

### Distribution protection

The approved model direction is:

* fixed capped model,
* no uncapped pro-rata windfall,
* no minimum participation threshold,
* no automatic redistribution of unused capacity to participants,
* unused capacity returns to reserve or treasury/reserve category under published rules.

Low participation does not increase participant percentage share.

Unused allocation capacity is not redistributed to remaining participants.

### Caps and timing

The hard cap is not finalized.

The per-wallet cap is not finalized.

Both should be determined after the official pDAI address audit and analysis, including circulating impact, expected participation, distribution fairness, and concentration modelling.

Preferred planning close date range:

* 31 July 2026 if launch timing aligns.
* 30 August 2026 if operational timing requires a longer discovery window.

Final start and end dates remain pending launch schedule approval.

### Public safety boundaries

Public wording should not imply:

* guaranteed liquid VTY return,
* guaranteed allocation,
* guaranteed profit,
* live public claim,
* active sacrifice before launch approval,
* completed snapshot before execution,
* token sale language unless separately reviewed and approved.

Any future live page must make clear:

* No public claim is open until officially opened.
* No sacrifice is open until officially opened.
* No transaction UI is live until officially published.
* Users must never share seed phrases or private keys.
* Only official links should be trusted.
* Participation rules are subject to final published rules.
